Clark Gable in the role of Rhett Butler.

Clark Gable in the role of Rhett Butler.

Item 20 is a copy of Carol Burnett's 1986 book, One More Time, inscribed to film director Peter Bogdanovich. In the inscription, Burnett tells us something unexpected: "Dear Peter. Here is '102'* for you. Thanks for asking." Then, in a comment explaining the asterisk, she writes, "*The Title I wanted." $175.

Here is one more signed item: Death of a Salesman, by Arthur Miller. This 1949 first edition is signed by Miller in his earlier, smaller handwriting, meaning it is a rare signature contemporary with the publishing of the book. Item 99. $5,000.
