From Down Under comes item 254, Little Ragged Blossom and More About Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. Are "Snugglepot" and "Cuddlepie" common names in Australia? This 1920 book by May Gibbs is about the fantasy world of gum-nut babies, whatever they might be. $600.

Item 231 is Mushroom Fairies, a 1910 book about humanized fairies who live in a mushroom house and battle their enemies, the Toadstool Imps. One wonders whether author Adah Louise Sutton had a few too many ‘shrooms herself. $850.

Vladimir Naobokov is best known for the not-so childlike Lolita, but before he was publishing novels, he was translating the works of others. Item 119 is Anya V Stranye Chudes, a 1923 translation of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. $7,500.
