Item 125 is the Annual Review. History of the City of St. Louis, Commercial Statistics, improvements of the Year, and an Account of Leading Manufactories, &C, published in 1854. This is a 48-page issue (most seem to be 47) with a listing of steamboat disasters. This item includes a map of the U.S. that displays five possible railroad routes to the Pacific. They range from a route from St. Paul to near today's Seattle, to a route from New Orleans to El Paso and on to San Diego. $1,500.
