Buyer's Fee The purchaser shall complete a bidding card before the sale, giving name and address. The purchaser shall pay to Plumbly's Auction House a premium of 10% of the hammer price together with G. S. T. on such a premium at the current rate.
Consigner's Fee Each lot is at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and is to be taken away at the purchasers expense immediately after the sale. If for any reason the purchaser fails to complete his purchase as aforesaid, the auctioneer reserves the rig
