The AE Comet for March: Literary First Editions & Related Material
By Bruce McKinney
The third issue of The Bookseller's Comet will appear in the March issue of AE Monthly. It will include printed material and objects offered by members pertaining to Literary First Editions and Related Materials. It's intended to provide an interesting cross section of material selected by AE members.
Material will include first editions, signed and exceptionally nice copies and examples with distinguished provenance. Manuscripts and letters, images, paintings and lithographs as well as objects are all potentially appropriate.
Members may provide up to seven items. Images are requested but not required. It is our belief that images entice interest, answer questions and promote sales. Space for two images with each listing are provided.
This is a free service to listing members.
We will send emails to eligible members on the 14th. An upload link, Contribute Material to the Next Issue of the Comet", is already installed on Premium Services home pages [directly under Welcome].
If you would like to join AE both to list your material in Books for Sale and to participate in this and future special interest catalogues click here for further information. An Octavo membership [or higher] qualifies.
