Book and Paper Fairs in North America January - March

Book, Manuscript, Map and Ephemera Fairs can be hands on experiences

While the rare book world has been going online and bookshops closing, book fairs remain a resilient marketplace that continues to find new energy among dealers and collectors who are trying to buy and sell.  This spring many fairs are scheduled in the United States and Canada.  Their continuing success is in part a function of the better prospects for selling when an interested party can see the material.  The internet is spectacular but not as good as the real thing; seeing an item under glass or examining it in person.
