There are thirteen new bookseller catalogues reviewed in Section Two of April's AE Monthly. No foolin'! There is much for collectors of Americana. Michael Brown and David Lesser offer collections of early Americana. Historic American documents are available from Bruce N. Johnson. Focusing in on the western part of the United States, George S. MacManus has a catalogue on Indians and the West, the Arader Galleries has material from the American Southwest, Maggie Lambeth is focused on outlaws and Texas, and the Old West Shop has books from…where else? William Reese presents ten items of great art relating to America's Indians. The Veatchs Arts of the Book also offer artistic works, the Lawbook Exchange antiquarian legal titles, Bernard J. Shapero has 50 fine books, and these are very fine indeed, Alexander Rare Books offers poetry and literature, and James Pepper has a variety of notable items.
