Fourteen new catalogues.
This month we have 14 new bookseller catalogues to review. From America, the George S. MacManus Co. has a selection of material pertaining to the Civil War. Old West Books focuses on the American West of yesteryear. Patrick McGahern Books features North American travel and emigration, with much of the material coming from the northern side of the U. S. border.
James Tait Goodrich offers a large collection of books relating to medicine. Shapero Rare Books presents a selection of material reflecting a millennium of Jewish culture. The Lawbook Exchange is focused on the law, naturally enough. Peter Harrington covers weighty topics - economics, politics, and philosophy. Daniel Crouch Rare Books offers several centuries of views of London. Antiquariat Kainbacher has a rare diary of a 19th century seaman with hundreds of photographs included.
Other booksellers offer a variety of material. The Antiquariaat Forum and Asher Rare Books have an autumn catalogue. Raptis Rare Books has a selection of fine material. Honey & Wax Booksellers has a new catalogue of uncommon and eclectic items. The Pages of Yesteryear celebrate their 52nd anniversary in the trade with 52 interesting items.
