The ABAA Book Fair Returns to San Francisco

The 44th Annual California Antiquarian Book Fair returns to the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco over the weekend of Friday the 11th through Sunday the 13th. Two hundred and twenty-nine companies will be exhibiting and it promises to be a robust weekend. Exhibitor inventories are searchable on the show site - www.sfbookfair.com - to encourage those planning to attend to preview opportunities. As in past years it is a three-day event.

With the decline of open shops shows have assumed a greater importance for all interested in the field.
Special Collections & Exhibits:
The Fair will have a special focus on music this year, including a stunning exhibit of rare musical books and manuscripts, dating back as far as the 1300’s, from the Jean Gray Hargrove Music Library of the University of California at Berkeley.
