Description Artcurial is a major French auction house, located in the Hotel Marcel Dassault on the Champs-Elysees in Paris. Partners have included several highly experienced auctioneers, Francis Briest, Remy Le Fur, Francois Tajan, and Herve Poulain. The firm employs 80 people, including specialists in numerous fields. While art is the primary field of their auctions, they have departments focused on everything from comic strips to racing cars. One department is books and manuscripts, and the firm has two specialists devoted to this subject.
