9 Sales Archived, 13 Sales Upcoming this Week

For the week ended Saturday, January 7th, 2017, 1,548 lots were offered and 1,373 sold for an 89% success rate.  Auction bidders, lacking the typical thirty auctions to bid on each week focused their attention on the 9 auctions available and bought almost 90% of the lots.  It suggests there are fewer and fewer off weeks anymore.  Turnover was a thin $1,036,240, but I doubt many consignors were complaining.

The RBH Database reached 7,049,000 full text records this week.
